Senegal Secures Top Africa Spot In Fifa Rankings

Senegal’s Teranga Lions have secured the highest ranking among African nations in the latest Fifa rankings to be released. 

In 23rd place the Senegalese national team are positioned between Iran and the U.S. Among the other top scoring African teams are Tunisia, Nigeria, Morocco and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Ghana also made the top 50.

Globally, Belgium leads the field, followed by France, Brazil and England.
