Tanzania Coach Heads to Niger for CAF U20 Finals

TAIFA Stars’ head coach Emmanuel Amunike has been appointed to the Technical Study Group (TSG) for the CAF U20 finals in Niger. While Tanzania is not competing in the event, the East Africa region is represented by the participation of Burundi. At stake is the prize of qualification for the U20 World Cup finals scheduled for later this year.

The role of the TSG is to observe teams during matches and training with a view to supporting the development of materials that enhance activity on the training ground. Amunike previously performed a similar role for the 2018 Fifa World Cup finals in Russia.
