President Kagame to Speak at World Government Summit

Rwandan President Paul Kagame is expected to deliver a keynote address at the seventh World Government summit in Dubai.

The summit focuses on the power of technology and innovations in solving universal challenges, and will this year showcase Rwanda’s progress in the tourism and agriculture sectors. Estonia and Costa Rica will also feature as guest countries. 

The event is expected to bring together more than 4,000 participations, including Heads of State.

During his trip President Kagame is expected to meet with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and the Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE's Armed Forces.
