Kenya's Kipyegon reclaims women's 1500m world title
Kenya's Faith Kipyegon won her second 1500m title at the World Athletics Championship in Oregon, USA, on Monday.
The two-time Olympic champion dominated the race from start to finish, clocking a winning time of three minutes and 52.96 seconds - the 10th fastest time ever.
It was Kenya's first gold at this edition of the World Athletics Championship.
Ethiopia's Gudaf Tsegay won silver with Britain's Laura Muir taking bronze.
Ethiopia is second on the medal table, behind the US, with three golds and Kenya is third with one gold.
