Rwanda, Tanzania Hold Bilateral Talks

President Magufuli of Tanzania and President Kagame of Rwanda are today holding bilateral talks as part of a state visit by the Rwandan leader.

Tanzania’s foreign affairs and East African Community (EAC) ministry confirmed the talks and that the leaders will also discuss EAC matters. President Kagame is currently the chair of the EAC and has called for the urgent resolution of differences between member countries.

A press conference is expected to follow the talks.
