Presidential Imposters Face Judgement

Seven men accused of masquerading as President Uhuru Kenyatta have today appeared before the courts to face charges of fraud.  

Mr Joseph Waswa, Mr Duncan Muchai, Mr Issack Wanyonyi, Mr William Simiyu, Mr David Kikuyu, Mr Gilbert Kirunja and Mr Antony Wafula has denied charges that they defrauded Sameer Africa Finance Director Akif Hamid of Sh10 million.  

Following submission of their please they were each released on a bond of Sh20,000. If found guilty they could face three years in jail.
